Anne Celeste Heche is an American actor, who was renowned for her wide variety of roles in films as well as television and the stage. Her accolades include a Daytime Emmy Award, a National Board of Review Award, and many others. Anne Celeste Heche (19 May 1969 - August 11 2022) was An American actress. She first gained recognition for her roles in the role of Vicky Hudson, and Marley Love of the soap opera Another World (from 1987-1991) and she was the recipient of two Soap Opera Digest Awards. In the late 1990s, she began to rise to prominence with her performances in the crime-drama films Donnie Brasco and Volcano, the film about horror I Know What You Did Yesterday Summer and the political comedy Wag the Dog. Anne Lockhart (born Anne Kathleen Maloney June 6, 1953) is an American actress from the United States. She is most well-known for her role as Lieutenant Sheba in the popular television show Battlestar Galactica (1978-1979). She is a daughter of actress June Lockhart. Her grandfather was an actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart was a young actress when her career began. Her first role came to her in the age of four when she appeared in T is for Tumbleweed. This short subject film was considered for nomination to an Oscar award. The mother and daughter sat down for a lot of time together while filming, gaining knowledge about the field. Lockhart was featured in a variety of scenes of Lassie. Dora in Jory, 1972 was the first film she appeared in by Lockhart. The Sixth Sense starred her as Joan Crawford's Joan Crawford daughter at age 18. It was Joan's last acting appearance. A popular rumor is that Anne declined the role as Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's 1978 thriller Halloween which was later recast for Jaime Lee Curtis. Carpenter says she was interested however she decided to decline. Anne doesn't remember John Carpenter contacting her or offering the part. It could be that her agent rejected the role away without informing Anne. The initial decision was to play the role by Glen Larson who sent her a very preliminary script for an appearance in the 1978 TV series Battlestar Galactica. The role was initially rejected because the character was not that powerful. Glen created a brand new character to play for her featuring Sheba as a more powerful character. After having read the first 25 pages of story The Living Legend she accepted immediately. The show ran for only one season. The show was cancelled after one season. Joyride (1977) which was a film that she co-starred in and performed in along with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith, Robert Carradine.
