Grimes

Claire Elise Boucher is a Canadian musician, singer and songwriter from Canada. [2][3] Her early work was described as moving to "lo-fi R&B" to futuristic dance-pop. She has also incorporated influences from electronic music, hip hop, and rock. She frequently incorporates science fiction and feminist themes throughout her songs. Five studio albums were released by her. Grimes was born and raised in Vancouver, and then moved to Montreal at the age of 2000. Grimes started releasing her music as a solo act from the mid 2000s. two albums came out by Arbutus Records in 2010, Geidi Primes and Halfaxa in the year 2010. The album was released in 2012 and Visions was her third studio album. Grimes signed with 4AD. Visions contains the two singles "Genesis" and "Oblivion" and won the Canadian music industry Juno Award for Electronic Album of the year. Art Angels, her fourth studio album, debuted in the year 2015. Numerous publications praised it as the best album. 6. Her fifth studio album, Miss Anthropocene, was released in 2020. Grimes has also been an actor as well as a judge for Alter Ego's music contests, was a vocalist on the album Cyberpunk 2077 which was released 2020. Grimes Grimes Grimes
